Happy New year Family!
This week was pretty good, I have a new Companion, Elder Farnsworth. He's pretty awesome! He actually likes to work out, so for a few days this week we woke up extra early to go to the park and get a couple good work outs in.
We were blessed with a really good first week. We got 2 new investigators, and managed to some how teach 24 lessons to investigators and less actives. Our new investigators are A. (11) and S. (8) they are part of a Hispanic family. Their parents want them to be taught by the missionaries, but we will see if we can get the parents on board too. We are really going to make an effort to get 3 people to church this week... that is our biggest goal. Elder Park and I did really good last transfer, but we only ever got our Eternigator to church. J. is doing pretty good, but still not baptized, she has been really struggling with extra fluid in her lungs lately. We should be able to meet her Wednesday this week. We need to set another baptismal date with her that she can work toward.
Finally met with M. this week. He still wants to be baptized, but we need to set another date with him too. We feel some time in February. We just need to really set some good monthly goals. We have lots of potential, but we need to get some goals down so we can better work toward things.
Friday was my companions birthday, and we didn't have a dinner, so I took him out to dinner at Elephant Bar. It was pretty tasty.
Well we have to go because its kinda awkward emailing here haha XD
Well here is to a Happy New Year, and a happy new 6 week transfer period!
